I authorize Go2Hawaii.com to charge my credit card for the amount of the deposit. I understand that all payments are to be made in U.S. currency.

ALL PERSONS STAYING AT THIS VACATION UNIT MUST BE REGISTERED. Any unregistered guest will be considered unauthorized and an additional fee of $25.00 per night/per person will be charged.

No parties of more than 4 additional persons are allowed without written permission from the property owner or agent.

Weddings and parties will require the property owner's or agent's written permission and may be subject to payment of additional fees. Security & parking valet services may be required for weddings and parties.

Late check out or additional days may be arranged, subject to availability and payment of additional fees. Advance notice and written permission are required.

DEPOSIT: Upon receipt of your deposit and a signed copy of the Vacation Rental Confirmation via fax or mail your reservation request is confirmed via email.

BALANCE: A second installment of 30% is due 10 days after the initial booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before your arrival (75 days before your arrival during the Christmas season).

Bookings Made 45 Days or Less in Advance: When booking less than 45 days before your arrival the entire balance is due immediately. Payment may be made by personal check, cashiers check, or money order, forwarded directly to your owner/host.

CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY: Cancellations and requests for changes or refunds must be in writing to Go2Hawaii.com. All reservation changes and/or cancellations are subject to a minimum $30 administrative fee. Please see the chart below for details. Trip insurance information will be provided upon confirmation.

Changes: You will be charged a $30 processing fee for the following changes to your reservation:
  • Changes in the arrival and/or departure dates
  • Changes in the number of guests in your party
  • Changes in the services requested in association with your reservation

Cancellations: Switching to another property or reducing the number of nights of your reservation will constitute a cancellation of this invoice. The fees and charges associated with a cancellation are as follows:

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of booking: $30 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations 3-10 calendar days after booking but more than 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations between 45 and 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival (75 days prior during the Christmas season) or after check-in: 100% of the amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made after arrival are subject to above fees.
