With over 400,000 visitors each year, Bishop Museum servces as one of Hawaii's top destinations, providing hands-on educational experiences to help visitors and residents appreciate and enhance Hawaii's rich culture. Discover a vast collection of cultural artifacts streaming from over 1.2 millions cultural objects, marvel at rare and ancient Hawaiian artifacts, enter the heart of a volcano at the Richard T. Mamiya Science Adventure Center, and so much more...

Open Wednesday to Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Museum is closed on Tuesdays and Christmas Day (December 25). There is ample free parking on campus.

Free Admission to Bishop Museum Members

General - Adult $ 17.95
General - Senior, 65 & over $ 14.95
General - child (ages 4-12) $ 14.95
General - child (age 3 & under) Free

Special rates for kama'aina and military visitors are available with proper identification.

We are located near downtown Honolulu and the Honolulu International airport.

We have a number of activities everyday going on in various places around our campus. A single admission price will allow you to visit all of our galleries, but we encourage visitors to become members and enjoy the many benefits.
