When it opened

Each room features a private lanai affording spectacular views of Diamond Head and the
Pacific Ocean. Other special in-room amenities include nightly turn down service upon request. The privacy
baths of each room feature special guest soaps, plush pink bath towels and pink terry robes, plus iron and
ironing boards and hair dryers. Facilities for the physically challenged are available. Guest also receive
special attention for occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Royal Luau - Featured each Monday night is the only luau on Waikiki Beach. It begins with Mai Tais
and an open bar on the Ocean Lawn as each guest is greeted with a lei. The evening continues under
the stars with the Royal Luau or feast, an abundance of foods of Hawaii. The crowning glory of the
Royal Luau is the music and entertainment of the Royal Polynesian Extravaganza.
