Experience the majestic beauty of our towering 200-foot private waterfall, cross through tranquil streams, picturesque pools and view ancient lo`i (rock terraces) and lush tropical vegetation of Hawaii’s paradise.

Oahu, Hawaii is a hiking paradise. With average year-round temperatures of 80 degrees (cooler in the rainforest), refreshing trade winds and two volcanic mountain ranges on this Hawaiian island. Given the popularity of hiking, and since most all other hiking companies feature public trails and multiple groups, the secluded personality of the rainforest is often compromised. As a locally owned and operated company with a passion for Oahu’s beauty, we take great pride in knowing our guests are experiencing something uniquely our own that will not be overcrowded by other tour companies and the general public. Our exclusive waterfall adventure is more than a hike; it is a trip through the past and present on our own remote 75-acres of private Manoa Valley rainforest.

This is a mild to moderate hike over dirt trail with rocks and roots. In the rainforest, expect rain and forest. Trail can be muddy and slippery when wet. Hiking time is approximately 1.5 hours.

This waterfall adventure can also be combined with the Bike Downhill tour or the full-day Rainforest to Reef Tour or brand new East Oahu Explorer.

What To Know

Time: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm (3.5 hours)
(We strongly recommend that you do not book other tours back-to-back which require you to be strictly on-time in your return from our tours. Weather, traffic and other factors can sometimes delay our return times. This goes for all tour companies and we wouldn’t want you to possibly miss your luau or other activity.)

Operates: Daily except Sunday.

Includes: Professional nature guides, access to private land, rain poncho, hip pack, mosquito repellent, bottled water, trail snacks and round-trip transportation from Kahala, Waikiki, and Aloha Tower.

What to Bring: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, water-proof camera. Wear shoes and socks for hike.

We advise that you only bring what you will need during your adventure with us. A camera or smartphone is ideal to capture images of your day out with us. If not waterproof, it is a good idea to at least have a plastic trash bag from hotel room to protect your camera in case of rain. Please leave purses, computers, credit cards, passports, etc in a safe at your hotel. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen personal belongings while on tour with us.

Restrictions: If we cancel the tour, we will try to move your tour to another day or no charges from our company will apply.
