International Market Place newly renovated, re-opened August 25, 2016 featuring approx. 75 retailers and Hawaii’s first Saks Fifth Avenue.
The Grand Lāna‘i at International Market Place offers outdoor seating at seven signature restaurants, the largest concentration of dining options in Waikiki. The history and culture of Waikīkī are woven throughout the architecture of International Market Place with its flowing water features, lush landscaping and iconic banyan tree that is more than a century old.
International Market Place extends the Kalakaua shopping and dining experience in an inviting open-air design with a lush Hawaiian sense of place featuring a fire tower, a 3-story water wall, an interactive entertainment stage, and a tree house in an enormous Indian banyan tree, planted circa 1850 – offering shade and soul.
