All bookings require prepayment. You will be charged in full for all selected tours/activities at the time of booking. When payment is approved, you willl receive an email confirming your purchase. Within 24 hours, you will receive a reply from a Hawaii travel representative, confirming your tour/activity if the date requested is available. Your reservation confirmation email will include details such as pickup time, location, what to wear, tour highlights and more. Your email will also include a voucher for each tour/activity. Please print out all vouchers before you arrive. Bring voucher and show when checking in for tour/activity. If you are already in Hawaii, we will email reservation confirmation details and fax the voucher to the front desk of your hotel for you to pickup before tour/activity. If there are any problems with your dates, we will contact you as soon as possible.
In case you receive a DECLINE with an APPROVAL code, please do not attempt to process the transaction again. A Hawaii travel representative will be contacting you by phone or email with more information to process your transaction. We will then process your reservation and send your confirmation email along with vouchers.
Cancellation Policy / Changes / Refunds
Cancellations or changes may be made up to 48 hours prior to your tour/activity, without charge. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of tour/activity unless otherwise specified. No Shows or Non-attendance will result in being charged in full. Make adjustments or cancellations 72 hours prior to tour/activity date. Certain tours have may have a different cancellation policy which will be stated on tour booking page and voucher.
To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please call 1-888-926-2126 or email us.
If the date you chose for a tour/activity is unavailable and we are unable to accommodate your party on another date, a full refund shall be provided for that tour/activity. If a tour/activity is cancelled by the tour operator, we will make an effort to book you on another similar tour/activity. If we are unable to accommodate you with another tour/activity we will issue a full refund for tour/activity that was cancelled. Claims for refunds must be made within seven (7) days from the date of service.

Force Majeure: Waikiki.com shall not be liable for any delays or failure in performance or interruption of tours/activities resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, Acts of God and of war, strikes, adverse weather, or other unexpected events prohibiting services. In no event shall Waikiki.com be liable to Tour Operator or Party for the loss of profit or for other similar or dissimilar collateral or consequential damages whether based on breach of contract warranty, or otherwise.
